Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:  

  • Buyer pays Actual Shipping Costs Plus Packaging & Handling fee.
  • Shipments will be made to verified addresses only. 
  • Products that are delicate and/or heavy are double packaged for safe shipping.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If a package is damaged, the carrier will refund shipping charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY:

If there is damage to your product, upon receipt of shipment you will need to notify us immediately. You must keep all packaging materials on hand for claim inspection by the shipper. A claim will then be filed with the carrier and reimbursement made through that claim.  We will issue a refund upon receipt of the reimbursement from the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS POLICY:

Our providers for shipping internationally are UPS and USPS.  However, we cannot be responsible for items shipped internationally using USPS because USPS does not provide tracking numbers, and once the package leaves the U.S., there is no way to track it. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ACCEPT ALL RISK FOR SHIPPING.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

 

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, shipping charges will not be refunded, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item, The Raven Store will pay for the return shipping costs. You will need to supply us with the order number and reason for the return. Please wait for further instructions after you have contacted us.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.                            

In the case of a refund we will mail a check for the appropriate amount within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
